Eihoshop Return and Cancellation Policy

At Eihoshop, we are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect Product: If the product received does not match your order.
  • Returns should be made within 3 days after receiveing items
  • Replacement will be made for damaged / Incorrect items only and will be deliver within next 7-10 days dpending on the stock of the items.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@eihoshop.com  with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify the return request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Ensure the package is shipped within 3 days of receiving the return instructions.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange, as per your preference.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method OR any best other preferable options by you at the time of refund if available (e.g., credit card, wallet, UPI, or bank account).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

5. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order,

Go to My Account >Purchased history > Cancel

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued in case of Prepaid Order.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

 

b. Cancellation by Eihoshop:

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
    • The product is out of stock.
    • There are issues with payment verification.
    • The shipping address is invalid or incomplete.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate and provide a resolution promptly.

Note : Video proof of opening of package and products should be provided with proper label visible on it.
