1. Shipping Coverage
- Service Area: Eihoshop delivers products across all states of India, with a focus on serving customers in both urban and rural areas INCLUDING Northeastern states of India.
- Restricted Areas: Certain remote or unserviceable locations may have limited shipping options. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you at the earliest.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the product.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods, as specified on the product page or at checkout.
- Additional Fees: Some orders may incur additional charges (e.g., COD fees or delivery to remote areas). These charges will be disclosed before payment.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For customized or made-to-order items, additional processing time may apply. This will be specified on the product page.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Delivery: If available, express delivery options will be provided at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.(Inter city or Metropolitan cities)
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than the standard delivery timeline.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be updated in the Order details OR shared via email or SMS.
- You can track your order status in real-time through our website or app using the tracking details provided.
- For assistance with tracking, You can aslo contact our support team.
6. Missed Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package .
- If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and You may need to place a new order again.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. We will investigate and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Note : Video proof of opening of package and products should be provided with proper label visible on it.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Eihoshop does not support international shipping. We deliver only within India.
9. Shipping Partner
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders. Our courier partners may vary depending on the delivery location.
10. Delays in Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
- In case of significant delays, our support team will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue promptly.
11. Changes to Shipping Address
- Customers can request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.
